Nakiri

NAKIRI

Nakiri is Japanese for: vegetable chopper. The Nakiri blade shape is traditional for Japanese vegetable knives and is mostly used for cutting all kinds of vegetables. In spite of its hatchet shape, this knife is not suitable for dissecting bones.
